Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (2 scoops)
- Apple Pie (individual)
- Double Cream (whipped)
- Cinnamon Powder
- Icing Sugar
Method
- 1. Use a square glass plate or any plate of your choice.
- 2. Place a slice of apple pie (hot or cold), off the tip place two scoops of Vanilla Dairy True Taste ice cream.
- 3. Run a spoon of cinnamon flavoured whipped cream down the plate and dust with cinnamon icing sugar.
Chocolate Fudge Cake with Dairy True Taste Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (2 scoops)
- Chocolate Fudge Cake
- Caramel Sauce
- Cream
Method
- 1. Use a square plate or any plate of your choice.
- 2. Place piece of chocolate fudge cake, warm in a microwave if desired.
- 3. Add two scoops of Vanilla Dairy True Taste ice cream and a squirt of caramel sauce.
Woodland Cheesecake and Vanilla Dairy True Taste Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (2 scoops)
- Woodland Cheesecake (individual)
- Mixes Berries
- Strawberries
Method
- 1. Wash the mixed berries and cut the strawberries into halves.
- 2. Place the cheesecake off centre on a square plate or anything available.
- 3. Place two scoops of Vanilla Dairy True Taste ice cream to one side and spoon some coulis or sauce on the plate and top with cut fruit.
Paris Brest with Dairy True Taste Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream (5 small scoops in total)
- Choux Ring (individual)
- Fruits of the Forest Mix
- Créme Patisserie
- Raspberry Sauce
- Chocolate Sauce
Method
- 1. Cut and fill the choux ring with the pastry cream and fruit, place centre of plate.
- 2. Scoop and place the three vanilla and two strawberry Dairy True Taste ice cream balls.
- 3. Top with a drizzle of fruit and chocolate sauces.
- 4. Additional wafers to be added if cost allows.
Pavlova and Dark Chocolate Dairy True Taste Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Dark Chocolate Ice Cream (2 scoops)
- Raspberry Pavlova
- Raspberry Coulis
Method
- 1. Flood the base of a plate with coulis.
- 2. Place a portion of pavlova on the plate with two portions of dark chocolate Dairy True Taste ice cream (arrange to best effect).
- 3. Add fruit on top.
Strawberries and Cream Sundae
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Strawberry and Vanilla Ice Cream (4 scoops in total)
- Strawberries (chopped)
- Whipped Cream
- Shortbread (broken)
- Strawberry Syrup, Sauce or Coulis
- Cherry
Method
- 1. Place a layer of broken shortbread, whipped cream and coulis.
- 2. Add scoops of strawberry and Vanilla Dairy True Taste ice cream.
- 3. Top with whipped cream and cherry.
Rich Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Sundae
Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Ice Cream (3 scoops)
- Ameretti Granules
- Hazelnut Crunch
- Whipped Cream
- Choc Fudge Sauce (warm or cold)
Method
- 1. When making this sundae pour in the Chocolate sauce before adding the top layer of Milk Chocolate Dairy True Taste ice cream and some more hazelnut crunch.
- 2. Finish with whipped cream.
Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae

- Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (2 scoops)

Method
- 1. Carte D'Or Vanilla ice cream, Chocolate ice cream with bite-sized pieces of chocolate fudge cake, piled high in a sundae glass.
- 2. Then drizzled with chocolate sauce. (warm is best but cold will be just as good).

- Carte D'Or Strawberry Ice Cream (1 scoop)

- Mini Marshmallows Coloured
- Raspberry Coulis
- Chocolate Sauce
Method
- 1. Layer up Carte D’Or Dairy True Taste ice creams with mini marshmallows.
- 2. Then drizzle over raspberry coulis and chocolate sauce for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients
- Carte D'Or Vanilla Ice Cream (2 scoops)
- Carte D'Or Mango Sorbet (2 scoops)
- Strawberry
- Raspberry
- Blackberry (in season)
- Merigue Granules
- Mango Coulis
Method
- 1. Pile a sundae glass high with Carte D'Or Vanilla ice cream and Mango Sorbet.
